MELISSA YVONNE PHAM

Melissa Yvonne Pham is a Naarm/Melbourne-based performer working across contemporary dance, commercial movement, and screen. She is known for her versatility, refined physicality, and strong screen presence, bringing a dynamic edge to both creative and commercial projects.

Her screen work includes music videos for artists such as Angus & Julia Stone, George Alice, Jennifer Loveless, The Kite String Tangle, Tash Sultana, and Gretta Ray. Melissa’s commercial and fashion work includes performances for brands such as MYER, Nushki Nu, Rémuse Designs, and Masini Store, as well as appearances at Melbourne Fashion Week and editorial movement work with Aliced Magazine. She has also performed as a backup dancer for George Maple.

Her stage credits include Manifesto (Stephanie Lake Company), 4/4 (Chunky Move), NON_TA_response (Antony Hamilton), and Drenched (Caetlyn Watson). In 2024, she co-choreographed Flesh Vessel with Jayden Wall, premiering at Dancehouse and later re-commissioned for DanceX (The Australian Ballet, 2025). She is currently touring Chunky Move’s UNITED internationally throughout 2025–26. Most recently, she performed a solo GLOW, a legacy work originally premiered in 2006 and re-commissioned 20 years later as part of RISING Festival.
